Andrea Anders
Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin, and was raised within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she currently lives in Los Angeles. Following her graduation from DeForest Area High Schools in DeForest and Stevens Point University in 1997 with a bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree, she was born in Madison. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's in Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders dated Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until the year 2015. They dated on the set of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Anders' brother is director Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). Anders Her career path began as a theatre actress in the year 2001. She was a understudy of Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof as well as later playing her role as Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. On the Jump was her first appearance at The Arena Stage. New Doors occurred at the Guthrie Theater. Two New York Stage & Film productions, namely Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also staged in the hands of New York Stage & Film. Anders was first seen on stage in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig shut down on July 1, 2007, with Anders playing the role of accountant Jeannie. Anders was first discovered on TV in an advertisement for Dannon, which aired around 2006. She then appeared on the show in the 1990s. Anders is most notable for her role on Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. Although she was in each show, they were cancelled. Anders has also been seen in guest roles in One Life to Live and Law & Order. She was an actor in The Guiding Light. The actress was in five episodes on the HBO the drama Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, as well as a brief appearance in 2004's movie The Stepford Wives, playing her character Heather, and the film Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders has also played Brandy in the film Sex Drive. Anders has appeared in two pilots for television that did not succeed. These included Spellbound as well as News To Me. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
