Jessica Lowndes has been a Canadian singer and actress for over ten years. GAC Family is owned by Bill Abbott who is the previous executive of Crown Media Family Networks which is the controlling entity of Hallmark Channel. Abbott has hired Hallmark Channel professionals he identified when that he served as the president of the station.
